Kaye has been playing in clay for over fifteen years. She received her BFA in ceramics in 2008 and continues to pursue her artistry, as a career. Clay is her passion and she hopes you find as much joy in her creations that she has put into them.
Kaye states:
My functional wares are created to honor our daily ceremonial rituals: sharing a lovely home cooked meal with family, enjoying a pot of hot tea in the evening, or fine libations with cherished ones. Such time and preparation is utilized into such occasions, I believe handmade functional artwork only serves too well as an accompaniment. Not only honoring the ceremony or occasion, but also honoring the spirit and soul with beauty and art.
